All calls except Mexico are billed in six (6) second increments after the first thirty (30) seconds. Mexico is billed in one (1) minute increments. Taxes, Universal Service Fund fee and other charges apply. Rates subject to change without notice. Long distance services are provided by FairPoint Communications.
