Allows you to automatically place a call to a preselected number by simply lifting the receiver off the switchhook. No dialing is required for the calling party to reach the specified destinations.
To Use Direct Connect Service:
- Lift handset and wait. (Wait 30 seconds, the
predesignated number will be dialed automatically.)
- If you do not wish to dial the predesignated number, you
may dial another number before the 30 seconds has
elapsed.
NOTE: The predesignated number is selected by you when you order your Direct Connect Service feature. To change this number, call your local telephone company.
